Terms of Use and End User License Agreement

Effective Date: July 11, 2026

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of oh? ("oh?", "the app", "we", "us", or "our"), provided by Sunil Neurgaonkar.

By downloading, accessing, or using oh?, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://ohapp.wtf/privacy . If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Age Requirement

oh? is only for people who are 18 years of age or older.

By using oh?, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn or reasonably believe that you are under 18, we may block your access and delete or restrict information associated with your use of the app, subject to safety, abuse-prevention, legal, and security needs.

2. What oh? Does

oh? lets users create small visual messages and send them to randomly selected other users. Content you send may appear on another user's device, including through a Home Screen widget.

Your identity is not intentionally shown to the recipient, but you are responsible for the content you create and send.

3. Accountable Identity

oh? may require Sign in with Apple, iCloud, CloudKit, and age-assurance checks to operate the service, enforce the 18+ requirement, prevent abuse, and keep users accountable.

You may not use another person's Apple account, evade restrictions, or attempt to hide abusive behavior through multiple accounts or devices.

4. User Content

You are responsible for anything you create, send, react to, or report through oh?.

You keep ownership of your content. By using oh?, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, moderate, display, transmit, and otherwise use your content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the rules of the app.

Because oh? sends content to other users, do not include anything personal, confidential, sensitive, identifying, or unsafe in content you create.

5. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users

oh? has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You may not create, send, upload, encourage, or attempt to distribute content that includes or promotes:

• harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or targeted abuse
• hate speech or attacks on protected classes
• sexual, pornographic, exploitative, or sexually soliciting content
• content involving minors in any sexual, exploitative, or unsafe context
• graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or credible threats
• scams, spam, fraud, phishing, or deceptive behavior
• personal contact information, phone numbers, email addresses, social handles, links, or attempts to move conversations off-platform
• doxxing, private information, or attempts to identify another user
• illegal activity or instructions for illegal activity
• intellectual property infringement
• any content that we determine may harm users, the public, the app, or our ability to operate the service

We may remove content, restrict features, block users, suspend access, preserve records for investigation, or take other action if we believe these Terms have been violated.

6. Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking

oh? may use automated rules, on-device checks, Apple-provided technologies, user reports, and manual review to detect and respond to objectionable content or abusive behavior.

Users can report inappropriate content from within the app. You can also contact us at sunil@neurgaonkar.com .

We aim to review and respond to safety reports in a timely manner. We may block or restrict users who submit abusive, harmful, or prohibited content.

No moderation system is perfect. You agree that you may occasionally see content you dislike or find inappropriate, and your remedy is to report it and stop using the app if you do not want to continue.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app
• access CloudKit records or app data except through intended app functionality
• scrape, copy, archive, or redistribute other users' content outside the app
• bypass daily limits, age checks, moderation, reporting, account restrictions, or security controls
• use the app for commercial spam, advertising, solicitation, or data collection
• use the app in any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive way

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using oh?, you agree to the Privacy Policy at https://ohapp.wtf/privacy .

9. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use oh? on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the app except as expressly allowed by law.

10. Apple Terms

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for oh? or its content.

We, not Apple, are responsible for providing maintenance and support for oh?, to the extent required by applicable law.

Apple has no warranty obligation for oh?. If oh? fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, according to Apple's policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for oh?.

We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing claims relating to oh?, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, consumer protection claims, and intellectual property claims.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.

11. No Warranty

oh? is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available in all locations, or free from objectionable user content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or harm arising from user-generated content or your use of the app.

13. Termination

You may stop using oh? at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to oh? at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, abused the service, or caused legal, safety, or security concerns.

Upon termination, your license to use oh? ends immediately.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date. Continued use of oh? after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
